Huh..? I'm fairly new to the show, watching re-runs. Watched an episode about Julia's neighbour getting run down by her car, Kyle a possible suspect; Horatio is worried that Kyle "may have to go back to prison". WTF, the Kyle kid looks around 13 years old, like Justin Beiber

So, question is, how old is he supposed to be?

according to his page in CSI wikia, his birth date is July 6, 1991, so he must have been 17 at that time. the character was introduced in the season 6 premiere, and during that time he was put in jail for commiting a few crimes, but even there he looked ridiculously younger!

For sure, definitely like the Beiber kid. I saw an episode where he is in the prison yard with a bunch of inmates 5 times his size and they looked like they could use him as a toothpick. Such a weird casting choice.

I wonder why he hasn't been sent to a correctional instead.
