Episodes in Syndication?

A&E has been showing the episodes more or less in order, but they just recently skipped over the last two from season 5 and the first two from season 6. Is it possible that those were not part of syndication for some reason? (This used to happen a lot with older series, not sure if it still does.)

AMC is showing season 5 now, just a few episodes behind, so I'll see what happens to those same episodes in a few weeks.

Have to correct myself slightly - the last two episodes from S5 *were* shown on 5/28. So it seems all that were skipped over were the first two of S6.

I can see them on WE Network. They are on Sunday's and Monday's in my area
