The ONLY girls who stood out to me are Rachel and Vanessa (the special education teacher from Montreal).
Nick also had the best reaction to these two women. He watched Rachel go and you could tell he was thrilled by what he saw. He also watched Vanessa go, and called her a "keeper." I honestly think it will come down to these two women. Rachel is a classy career woman, and Vanessa is extremely soft spoken and cultured. He has a tough decision ahead of him. Maybe the nail salon owner (forgot her name), will last a while because he seemed to sincerely think she's beautiful.
I also like the fact that Rachel and Vanessa seem humble. They made it on their own, whereas Corrine really thinks she's doing something by running her daddy's company. Corrine obviously wants to be the season's skank, and Nick will probably sleep with her because she's offering and she's there. But that relationship will never go anywhere.
