shareYou are not 100% correct. Most have real jobs, but some aspire to be in show business. There isn't an event coordinator this season. I don't know where you work, but my company has 5 of them. And they're all young single women. There is a lot of growth in a marketing organization from that position, so it's not a bogus job title. Obviously you can't be a wall flower and be on this show. You have to be comfortable with all those cameras around you, so they have to have that in your DNA. My son was a child actor and I always admired how he had no fear in front of a camera or large theater audiences and me I dreaded speaking in front of the PTA. So all the women are comfortable in front of the camera to say the least.
