they are subconsciously telling everyone that they are submissive. same with black nail polish. i love it.

Chokers were popular in like the mid to late 90's. I've been noticing they've been making a comeback, but only certain women can pull off the look in my opinion.

It seemed everyone also had a scarf wrapped around the neck, real small and tight during that time in the late 90s - i hated that look!
