Can someone explain him getting hit in the nuts and cutting to him on a swing in a dress?

I never got it

Nothing in this movie is funny or makes any sense.

I think it was supposed to be the vision he had when the endorphins took over to ease his nut-pain. The gag, I guess, was comparing pain-numbing chemicals made by the brain to having a drug-trip, or something along those lines. Either that or it was just an experiment to see if it's possible to make someone (Dr. Seuss, in this case) to literally roll over in his grave. Come to think of it, I think that was the entire point of this movie's existence.

It was because he got hit so hard they showed it by him having visions of turning into a girl from having his nuts beaten back inside
Christ, no wonder the movie flopped with morons like this watching it
