Question about missing episodes

I just watched the re-airing of the finale "Op. T.R.E.A.T.Y." and the original pilot "No P in the OOL" as well as "C.A.K.E.D." and I was wondering if anyone knows why "Operation Z.E.R.O." and "Operation I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S." did not air. I was also wondering if anyone knew why in the imdb episode list episodes 6.1 and 6.2 are absent from the list.
