LOOKING TO SEE IF ANYONE KNOWS THE MAKE,YEAR OF THE CONVERTIBLE IN THE MOVIE THAT THEY DRIVE AWAY IN AT THE END OF THE MOVIE

its a lincoln continental, the same one the guy was looking at earlier in the movie after the first con. since its still got suicide doors on it (the back door opens backwards) its a model before 75ish, and not a bad ride at all. there was one in the matrix too (the one trinity apok and switch pick neo up under the bridge in). fully restored these puppies can sell for well over 30k.

The car was either a 1966 or '67 Lincoln Continental. '67 was the last year of the suicide doors on that model. If you're looking to buy one, I would suggest maybe an earlier model such as a '63 or '64. There are subtle differences, but they are definately cooler. I beleve it was a '64 they drove in the MATRIX
