Does anybody know who played the taller of the two "Sisters" who interview at the club when Jake first goes to meet The King ?
She was smoking, but she doesn't seem to be listed on the credits.

i might be wrong, but i immediately recognised her as Maggie Gyllenhaal from Donnie Darko and Secretary.

imdb doesn't have her listed as being in confidence, but that might just be incomplete info.

Her name is Nicole Lenz

She is listed in the credits - as Marie Nicole Lenz

There is no chance she is Maggie Gyllenhaal. She looks absolutely nothing like her. Terrible movie, by the way.
