The only part I didn't understand was how Park Dong-jin (the father of the murdered girl) found out where Ryu's girlfriend lived?

I don't think this was specifically spelled out in the movie but since they knew where Ryu lived and the car he drove there's a myriad of ways he could've found her place. Fingerprints for one or that might've even been her car.
