Was I the only one who suspected the mom?

I don't pick up on twists that great so I didn't really realise that it was the kid, but for a large part of the movie I really thought that the murderer was the mom (the woman who was hit by a car). I don't even know why, just felt like it. I'd actually been more surprised at the end that it wasn't her at the end rather than that it was the kid :3 I thought that since most of the time when somebody was murdered she had a pretty good alibi that the twist would be she was the killer.

Was I the only one who thought this?

Ooh, I hadn't thought of that! You're right that she was out of the room a lot, because she was unconscious. But she could've been faking in, then sneaking out to kill someone and come back in ... yeah that would've been good! Certainly wasn't falsifiable, up until she died that is.

I actually thought it was Rhodes, so I was super proud of myself at the second-to-last twist, when it turns out he's a criminal. I thought I had nailed it. Then the movie kept going, and kept going rather calmly, and I started to think "dang, something else is going to happen, I don't think it was Rhodes."
