Killer seen outside laundry room window?

Did anyone notice someone moving past the window of the laundry room?

At roughly 29:30, Ed Dakota is in the laundry room. After he opens the lid to the second dryer and when he glances to the third dryer still running, there is movement in the background for a fraction of a second. It appears to be someone wearing clothing similar in color to the killer. The timing is too soon to be Rhodes or Larry. It could have been crew, but that would be a boring explanation. I'd rather believe it was intentional.

I've read about the killer being reflected in the mirror of Caroline Suzanne's room, but nothing about the laundry room. The director's/writer's commentary disappointingly mentions nothing about the killer's appearance in the background.
