Why are the FBI investigating something in Canada? They have no jurisdiction.
shareIt was supposed to be an "FBI transnational taskforce" to investigate the DIA.That opens up more plotholes though,like what country does the DIA serve and how did they get authority to shoot up a whole Canadian city block? Lots of plotholes and/or bad writing in this film.
