People familiar with the Novel...
Is the opening scene(Post Credits with Monty on the bench with Doyle) portrayed as it is in the book? A small beef I have is that a man of Montys position in the drug game wouldn't have been dealing with the junkies doing hand to hands. The whole, "The 'Yos will eat me alive" seems too much like Spike talking and the scene is unrealistic. I understand its meant to show Monty as being busted but im just curious if that was in the Novel and if so, how much was changed etc...
