I'm not American so I am not familiar with this style of speech. Can anyone explain what Snoop is saying and what it means?

The headline of your YT-video says, she said "YERP".

On YT they discuss whether that means "ya heard" or "YERP" aka "YEAH".
And I just wonder what I'm discussing here. 😳

It's just her signature greeting, akin to someone saying "what's up?"

I also think it's her version of "what's up". I have never heard it outside this show though. I have also never lived in Baltimore.
