If someone is a criminal will he be so careless to allow anybody to dig a hole in their den and get audio, video surveillance 24*7. Going on street how they never looked up to notice that they are being clicked. How it's possible that in a nearby building officers coming daily and clicking and nobody has time to notice. Lastly why in season 1 last episode everybody was congratulating mcnulty, it was team effort and everybody was responsible for the favorable result. He was just a mean outspoken assh**e, who never had decency to respect anybody.

What makes you think that it is "easy"? Even people who are specifically trained by professionals to avoid surveillance, like intelligence agents and such, are still getting caught every once in a while.

Lastly why in season 1 last episode everybody was congratulating mcnulty, it was team effort and everybody was responsible for the favorable result.

I don't know what scene you're referring to, but regardless, if it wasn't for McNulty, there would be no investigation at all.
