What if that beautiful boy brandon had escaped from the clutches of WeeBey, Bird and Stinkum, do you think him and Omar would still be together ? Would things be very different ? Perhaps Omar wouldnt have gone on his vengeful vendetta against Avon and Stringer. this could have had massive ramifications on West Baltimore's drug trade.
shareThe problem is, there was no universe in which Omar and Brandon could walk away unscatched from robbing a Barksdale stash. As long as they were breathing air Avon wouldn't let it rest.

shareIf I recall correctly, the only thing Wallace gave them was information tying Stringer to Brandon's murder. And the Barksdales killed Wallace before he could testify so they didn't even get that.
shareYes but all the little bits matter, although they couldnt have used this stuff directly it gave them more drive to go after them, they new something was there, a huge moment in the series.
