Can someone tell me what happened in the last episode of 'The Osbournes', also is there any truth in the rumours about a 4th season

in the last episode the family go through therapy to discuss their behaviour. theres also alot of clips from previous episodes

it was pretty intense, the family really opened up, especially kelly who talked about her childhood and how she hated her dad wasnt there for most of it, they also talked about there bad language, and ozzy's drug addict.
both kelly and sharon cried.
kelly said she couldnt ask of anymore from her dad, now that hes clean and sober.
and sharon cried because she started thinking about some of the bad times they've had in the past, she didnt wanna go back, she wanted to move forward.
I liked the last episode. Ozzy really likes Phil ;D
Just one question. Who is the young guy u can se in the serie sometimes. He lives in one of the gusetrooms I think. Brother, friend, cousin?
Kelly once said it would be incest if she married him so I suppose it´s someone in family. Am I wrong?
