I've never seen this show even once, but I understand that in the episode "Bye Bye BAbies" he hauled out his old huge synthesizer, purportedly the one he used to compose a coupla Sabbath tunes. Would any of you happen to know what model it was? (Or know of any screen-caps that display it?)

dude, that one's pretty tough...i've wondered about it myself about which one is it. it's pretty cool, huh? i guess we'd have to find some site or something listing sabbath's list of early instruments they used besides the SG guitar, etc.
