This isn't an Oscar movie by any means, but it should be at least above a 6 on IMDb. This movie is genuinely hilarious!

I agree! This deserves at least a 7! I usually think most comedy films today are disappointing, but this film had me constantly laughing. It's a great script that was fully supported by a hilarious cast!

I agree with you both; not sure why this flick gets so much hate? I think it's a 6.5 to 7. It isn't Spinal Tap funny but it's pretty damn hilarious. My wife and I have always cracked up at it?

I was generous and gave it a three. The entire premise is asinine, the lines aren't funny, the large and obnoxious Latifah can't act and the talent of Plowright couldn't save this steaming pile of crap.

I agree, this film should've got a higher rating. It's generally funny.
I think some people are just easily offended about the racial jokes featured in the film that's why.

To me, this movie is just damn hilarious. Nuff said.
