It was done by Phil Lord and Chris Miller. It didn't get picked up, but it was damn hilarious.
You can see it on the lonely island website. While you're there check out "the 'bu", it's funny too!
Also, there is supposed to be a new cartoon debuting on FOX by the same guys too. I know that FOX paid for it, but who knows if it'll get done ever. You can search for it somewhere among the entertainment newsletters online....
