Was his "secret" that he is a werewolf, and that was why he couldn't teach there? Another person insists that his secret was being gay, but unless I missed it after seeing the movie a few times, I don't think anything was on about that.
And only Harry, Ron and Hermonie were there, how did the secret get out?
