i was wondering, at the end of Dracula 2000, or according to my dvd, 2001, she says that she has accepted that she is Mary Van Helsing, and that she will be the protector of his remains, and that if his soul awakens she'll kick his ass. Then it shows him in his coffin back in the safe. And then her on a roof at night. Where did she go?? And, well, how did Dracula get out if his coffin??? WHERE THE HELL IS MARY?????
She probably got bored at stairing at a coffin all day everyday and said "screw this", went to some party and had fun and let dracula be someone elses is problem. LOL!!

Justine Waddell who portrayed Mary said she would only do the following movies if Jonny Lee Miller and Gerard did them as well. It seems that non of the actors were offered the script or they turned it down.

its after dracula 2000- aparently they got the bodies mixed up and Mary ended up with someone elses ashes-
The body of dracula ended up in a mourge in new orleans and then some people decide they want to find out what makes drac tick- and thats when uffitsi is sent to hunt dracula down- however the medical students begin to turn on eachother and dracula escapes with one of them to transilvania, hope this helps. oh sorry if i mispelled some of the names.
