Serenity’s cameo in Spielberg’s ‘Ready Player One’ movie. *SPOILERS*
Maybe it’s common knowledge but after watching the movie ‘Ready Player One’ for the 3rd time last night I realised that Serenity makes a cameo in the big battle scene towards the end of the movie. The character Daito arrives in her and he jumps out of her cargo-hold to do battle with Mechagodzilla.
It is such a pleasure to see her in a movie that is chock-a-block filled with pop culture references, especially given that so many of them are 80’s ones.
It made my heart sing when I realised it was her.
