What was it they say about Jill? That she was in Delta Force? And Chris in Air Force?

Actually... for Chris the game sort of mentions it.
If you click "examine" on Chris' knife, the description reads something like he's been using this since his Air Force days.
The beginnig had Chris with his gun....but when you start, he's only got a knife, what's up wit hthat?
shareI believe, he loses his gun when he's running through the woods. The dogs are chasing them so he doesn't want to stop for it and get killed. It's like this because Chris is a harder version of the game because of the gun thing and only having 6 slots to carry items.
