Where's the Jill Sandwich?

I played through Jill's game and managed to rescue everybody (Except Richard, I didnt get the serum to him in time) but I never got the "Jill Sandwich" cutscene. I found the square marble room with 2 doors that she gets trapped in but for some reason it never tried to squish me. Any ideas why? Also, are there any other such variables in the game other than the obvious ones?

The ones I know of are

Saving Richard with the serum
Giving Barrie his gun back and defeating Lisa
Saving Chris
Making ure both of them survive at the heliport.

So are there any other choices, like the order you reach areas in the mansion etc, which would determine different things to happen?

I dont remember the exact details but If you go into that room with the shotgun after a certain point, it wont try to squish you. Or if you didnt go grab the shotgun it wont set off the trap. Just BE CAREFUL , the first time I played through, I had missed my chance for Barry to come save me, I grabbed the shotgun without having the Item (fake shotgun??) to replace the real one and i got squished.

You sure know how to throw a party. No food, no drinks, and the only babe just left.
