In Season Two, Jo tells Charlie (when Charlie was thinking of having a termination), that 14 years prior, her dad and she had had an affair. Jo became pregnant, but because Jo's husband was terminally ill at the time, she had a 'termination'.
Both she and the judge now regret it, but both were relieved at the time.
Are you sure this happened? I don't remember this at all.
