I was a bit confused when watching this episode, as I have a clear memory of a virtually identical one involving a teenage Jehovah's Witness who refused a blood transfusion.

Was this a different episode, or has the original script been rewritten?

I've just found the episode I remembered. It was of Kavanagh QC.
