Clarify please-Ending-It move?

********SPOILERS OF COURSE......STOP IF YOU DONT WANT TO KNOW ENDING*********

So as the camera was panning in on the face of 'the demon'; I couldn't tell if anything moved. Did it? I was watching it on Netflix so I tried backing up like 5seconds before end to get another look. But I couldn't tell if anything; anything at all moved on the body. Thanks

No nothing moved. It's just strongly implied it's about to. The loud sound at the end is to cause you to question if it did move.
