How the hell was his body still moving around so much for that long!?

It's a movie to make it look scary and funny. But I wouldn't be surprised it can happen in real life because of muscle reflex. Too bad there are not that many doctors on imdb.

A muscle can twitch from an undischarged electrical impulse but it's not possible for that to happen as shown. If you attached a bunch of electrical wires to the spinal cord at the break, you might get a few muscle to twitch even. But there wouldn't be any coordinated movement.

Muscle flex is a thing but what we see in the movie is not a muscle flex. Slight twitching would be all there is, not coordinated movements with massive arm swings and a lot of balance.

Lmao! And yes there should have been more blood. The last time I decapitated a basketball player from a small school coming back from the state champion ship game, the body just twitched and blood shot out everywhere. I think it also depends on whether they won the state championship. I have found winning players bodies tend to last longer on their feet than bodies of the losing team. Maybe it's adrenaline levels. Idk but I find the blood annoying, but it's part of it. Sometimes I'm on top of a car and as we head towards an overpass, the sign will say 13 feet of clearance ahead. Now, that gives me usually about 5 seconds of warning, and if my current head is a really big one, I have to do some quick thinking, and I have even decapitated myself on an overpass lol. It's embarrassing but hey it happens. The good thing is no one lives long enough to make fun of me or tell anyone. Anyone else have any fun decapitation stories or know how to get the blood off your hat?

I think it is possible, for example I saw a little PIG being held by a guy with a chainsaw, the pig is fighting to the grip of the guy(like in the wing scene in JC2) but failed then the guy cut its head with a chainsaw and let go of the body, The headless body of the poor pig is running around for seconds until it fell to ground, same scenario in the film.
