Release date for Season 2 in Region 1 format?

Has anyone seen any info regarding Season 2's release in Region 1 format?

At the deepdiscountdvd site they say it will be there on 9/11/07.

the previous reply was half correct it came out on September 25. but not many store carry them unless you know one that does. but it's out i gotten my yesterday at a local mom and pop store where i get the rare dvds at.
