Silliest movie ever made

Without a doubt I have never seen something so ridiculously silly as this film. At times it even felt like something from a sci-fi television show. Was this really in theaters? The silliest moment would have to be that whole Rome getting zapped by static electricity, it's so silly....it's like some kind of "tim & eric" goof. Really, I can't emphasis the word silly enough when it comes to this film.
I have no idea what the point of this film was. It feels like one of those mid 90's films. You know those weird ones they don't really make anymore like the time machine, deep impact, volcano, godzilla, congo, twister, the mummy. I mean it feels 90's, it's cgi is 90's. But all those films especially the last three are way better in my opinion because unlike those, this always felt like an extremely impossible film to take seriously. About every two seconds it was mission impossible. Still interesting though.

Anyway, here are a few films I recommend if you like these (better) types of films.
A great little show called defying gravity (only lasted one season), and some newer films called, sunshine, moon, serenity, check those out!!
