In "Total Re-carl", Meatwad comes out of the eyeball box with a bunch of eyes and says he's Sean Cassidy, because he "had like ten eyes in his head" and Master Shake approves... I don't get the joke here lol?

And in the circus episode at the end, Shake comes up to Meatwad in the pool with a bunch of blood on his mouth saying he ate a pie (iirc) and Meatwad screams out NOOO! What happened?

Oh and Carl popping the balloon and saying "Happy Labor Day!"

I believe the Sean Cassidy joke refers to him playing a 'private eye' or detective on the TV show The Hardy Boys, I always assumed the "ten eyes in his head" part was just Meatwad being crazy but maybe there is more to it.
The Circus ending joke was that 'Inside Out Boy' from the show was having a bath in their house and was consumed by Shake who mistook him for a bathtub full of cherry cobbler (due to the presumed sticky red pudding like appearance an inside out person might have) and subsequently eats him.
