Will there be a I,SPY 2 ?
As above
shareI don't think so. At least not in the near future.
But it would be so great, if Owen and Eddie would do I Spy 2!!!

Don't count on it the first was a bomb with the critics and at the box office. Also the movie wasn't funny

As much as I loved the 1st movie.. (I thought it was hilarious!)
I don't think they're going to do another movie, and I'm kinda glad... I would just be dull, I don't think I'd even bother to see it - and this is coming from a HUGE Owen Wilson fan.
I love this movie, but sadly, it flopped. So chances are low - but there have been sequels made to flops. Perhaps if they put more work in to the story, the originality, humor and more homage to the source material, it'd do better with the critics, but I don't know about the actual viewers.

Well yeah, since the first two were big, they were able to keep making sequels with lesser known actors. So it worked. Plus, it was a horror movie, so they could just keep going with it (look at Nightmare on Elm Street and the Friday the 13th movies).
I Spy wasn't a hit, so I highly doubt they're going to just start making sequels left and right.

Actually they never flopped, sure horror movies dont make as much as say comedies for example but they do have great profits. Halloween 8 cost 12 million to make and made 30 million at the box office. Its a smaller scale but the studio didnt frown at an 18 million dollar profit, thats excluding sales and rentals!! sorry if I sounded defensive I just love the Halloween movies.
