The rapper movie, the resurrection of Seagal!!!

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that Steven Seagal has becoming the luannching pad for the acting careers of rappers. DMX, JA Rule, Kurupt. You kno whats coming next don't you:

no eminem has talent he doesnt need seagal, as for the others dmx, ja rule they cant act for $hit and cant rap either. lets boycott these rapper/ wannabe actors cause they are talentless and a waste of publicity when there are hundreds of talented hungry MC's from the underground that will tear them apart in a battle or a cypher. same goes for acting. They just dont deserve it.

You clearly don't know anything about rap music!! DMX, Ja Rule and Nas (he playedin 'Ticker') are great rappers!! Maybe their acting isn't great, but they they can rap!! That's a fact!! Maybe you don't like it, but that's your opinion!!
But on the other hand I do agree... Eminem has talent!!
He can rap and act!!

I dont think you can call it launching. The rappers are just doing this for fun. They cant act, nor will they get a real acting job anytime in the future.

Eminem has real acting chops unlike an other rapper I've seen (besides Will Smith)

man cube don't act that well but he does have quite a movie career, producing and what not. when he did that flick side-to-side with mike epps (all about the benjamins) then you could clearly see which one of em could act... when talking about good actors/ra´ppers then it was tupac by a mile who had some skill (remember gridlock'd).
as for the others, well, it's your fault if you actually believe that every man in the music industry is a hidden talent in acting.

Rappers in movies are usually always pathetic, Seagal needs to stop starring with them and make a proper action movie!
