Hmm... When the first series of PC (for home computing) was invented, they made one really important (Well, if your'e using a wordprocessor when composing a letter or similar...) key.
That key, is made to change the characters typed from the keyboard, for eg. a letter, 'b' can be made to look like a 'B'.
The name of that 'magical' key is Caps Lock (See markings on keyboard), wich similar the shift- button (See markings on keyboard...) located on eache side of the keyboard.
The purpose of Caps Lock is to fasten the 'shift'- button so that all the keys becomes BIG letters, rather then small one's.
But, however, in some cases, the shift- key can get stuck (Oftenly caused by drinks like Coca Cola, 7 Up, etc, etc, liquid fluids wich preferally contains sugar- based substances or other sticky stuff that can run underneath your keyboard keys), but have no fear, the rescue is quite near;
A screw driver, a knife, a fork, a spoon, any small metal or wooden material that can be inserted under the keys. DO NOT ADD HUGE AMOUNTS OF FORCE!!! (= VOID's WARRANTY INSTANTLY!!!).
Push until the key can be lid up. (Please, do not bend unless you know WTF you're doing, and thouroughly checked this procedure can be done!)
Then simply use a (lightly) damp rag or carefully 'scratch' the surfaces (Key and Keyboards inside) clean. Remember, no violence!
