Does anyone know if the nightclubs in the movie are real?

No - the clubs are all sets. Cohen says so in the commentary. BUT having honeymooned in Prague, I can tell you that many of the underground clubs are indeed in catacombs-like-rooms, but they are not nearly as big, and they often smell of B.O. But the drinks are cheap and the music is about 4 years behind us, so there are no surprises.

if you talking about the club that has a whole bunch of electric vandergraph generators or whatever they are called then the awnser would be no that is a electrical testing facility owned by ag seimens
