Austria Location

At the end credits it's said part of xXx was shot in Austria. Does anyone know where and which scenes?

"Filming locations" lists Kaunertal (Tirol) with the snowboarding scene. But then where is that clifftop castle?

It has been a while since I saw this, but I don't rememmber Austria. What sticks in my mind is that the movie was shot in the Czech Republic. I recognized locations in Prague (Old Town Square, Hradčanské náměstí, some of the bridges), and also the two lane road with the car chase along the left bank of the Vltava.
