Watched this movie for the first time in 9 years.

A rather long gap between seeing at the theater back in August of 2002 and watching it tonight and I'm not counting any time I catch a glimpse here and there on FX or Encore, this is the first time in so long that I've actually watched this movie from start to finish.

Anyway, I actually forgot how entertaining this movie was but I was a little annoyed at the whole deal of being a thrill-seeker doing crazy stunts and such. It totally appealed to teens around the time this came out, even though I barely turned 16 when this came out. The movie does seem a little outdated nowadays in some areas.

All I need is one mic...

I was watching it as well and this was the 1st time I had bothered to do so. I was entertained, it's great for those moments you don't want anything deep and thoughtful - just pretty pictures of flames and a sexy arse Pontiac. It is an Action movie after all.

It does deliver... not sure how they could top this, either - with today's bloated budgets and well the other sequel that I want to forget.
