Castle - girl in Xander's room - HOT?

As a female, I actually enjoy this film very much - but one thing always puzzles me. The woman that is in Xander's room the first night he stays at Yorgi's castle (when he states "Oh, the things I'm going to do for my country") -- she has got to be the skaniest woman I've ever seen. She looks like she has a bad fake tan, and they never really show her face.

Certainly they could've found a more attractive woman for that bit role. Is it me, or is she really unattractive (too skinny, too tan, not attractive, gross)? Was it so she wouldn't compete against Yelena (who was not that attractive as the love interest).

Agreed. I was thinking no matter what grade A government condom they put in his spy bag it likely wasn't enough for that skeezy ho. And I am a reformed man whore who still wouldn't have gone for that in my day.

Before any of the guys start trying to revoke my man card let me just say that no rocking body can make up for that weird look and std oozing sensuality.

Saw this movie back in the theater with a gf. Honestly if not for the gf's reaction, her face went completely green as soon as they showed her. I would have never remembered her. She didn't strike me as hot or repulsive, they should her & I forget all about her in the same moment. Even on the way home the gf was still complaining just how gross she actually was.

His love interest was and is attractive. It would be His love interest... Not your love interest. Also the woman presented was a different type of love... Would you have a clue? Your comments say otherwise.

Konover, I can understand that she had the basics (skinny, large boobs, flexible, LOL). But she was grossly dark/tan and was not attractive.

There was something skanky about her (and obviously others feel the same way). Not sure what it was exactly. I don't think "hot" accurately describes her unless someone has been in prison for 20 years.

She was skanky looking. Look like she had Aids. There were other hot hoes the Russinas had, They should have given XXX a hotter girl.

I remember thinking exactly the same things about her when I first saw xXx.

It wasn't that she was skanky looking either - coz most of the girls at the party were too.

She was just uggo.

I remember thinking, "couldn't they give X a better chick than that?"

Remember that chick that Kolya lifts out of the water when they first get to the castle?

He lifts her on his shoulder and slaps her sweet wide rosy ass?

That was a woman...

Xander as in, with the killers, but it was his first fooking night.... she was nice, maybe that was the point? Maybe she just gave massages? I've seen worse, much worse and well certain the long timers had better - at times, but when presented with a nice gift, it is best to be polite.

And they did score the purple GTO in Berlin ... so its really a two fer :P

Now, now Jane, be nice. You have heard of the tired, old cliche 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder', right? Everyone has his or her own standards of 'hotness'. Also, just because the majority agrees with you (I also have to count myself into this group, there is something 'off' with her), doesn't mean the majority is correct.

It's always funny when women are surprised at what guys will find attractive. Any guy in that situation--having a willing partner ordered up for him--would do just what he did, and anyone saying otherwise is lying. As for "getting someone else for that role", this is a film being shot in another country. They aren't going to spend a lot of time or money getting someone whose role was to just dance suggestively. Her looks were passable for the part.

Galagatron, I understand what you're saying and realize that any straight guy heading to bed who isn't too exhausted would not skip the opportunity for companionship with a willing female already there waiting for him. I get it. I'm just saying...ewwwwww. LOL.

Guys are lucky they don't mind choosing anything over quality. For women, we tend to echo Renee Zellweger from the movie JERRY McGuire:

"I've had three lovers in the past four years, and they all ran a distant second to a good book and a warm bath."

That is a really sad excuse to watch this film. She's disgusting. What color is her skin suppose to be? She looks like one of those tanorexics. Clearly her breasts are not real. Just gross. There are so many beautiful women they could've cast in this role. Why waste it on her?

What is it about her that you like? That she's almost naked?

Okay once again a very smug outlook.. I'm guessing you've never been to Europe?

I myself have been to the Czech Republic.. Alot of women there have skin tone similar to the woman in the movie.. It seemed like they were either a dark olive, or just plain white... Most of the women were either beautiful or average in my opinion..

The reason I like her is because she has an almost exotic look... Olga Kurylenko also looks very different from average women, yet she was really tan in Qauntum Of Solace. And so far I haven't seen any negative remarks about her beauty?

Why is it smug? If I don't find her attractive, I don't find her attractive. Why does that make me smug? Not everyone finds Angelina Jolie attractive, and it's just an opinion like mine. I actually HAVE been to Europe and know there are more beautiful women there than the one they chose for this role (again, my opinion).

If her skin tone is natural, then fine. I'm just not a fan of the spray tan look that seems to be popular. Nor am I a fan of fake breasts.

Its totally fine and understandable that you like her. She must appeal to many others because she made it into the movie in the first place. I'm sure they would not have intentionally cast an ugly woman in that role. I'm just saying, I think they could've found someone more attractive for the role (and apparently others in this thread agree).

She wasn't terribly attractive. The bedazzled cross necklace she was wearing wasn't helping anything.

But I didn't think she was flat out ugly. However, if she really was that dark from tanning too much...eww. I imagine her skin would feel like bacon. Then again, maybe that's what men find so appealing.

I'll admit that I like my girls a little more curvy but I found her attractive. I didn't see her as tan at all but as a girl with an exotic skin tone cause I wouldn't doubt if she is of mixed race, which coincidentally was one of the things I found attractive about her. Like you said it was a bit role so seeing her face wasn't that important cause the purpose of her role was simply to entice the MALE 18-34 yr. old demographic (the target audience of this movie) with her body. So you calling her skanky is kinda beside the point, especially when you consider that like I said her presence is merely eye candy for the male target audience. Unless of course you're gay cause then your judgement of her looks would make more sense.

Regardless of your sexual orientation I would love to see what you look like cause it would give me some perspective to your comments, and I say that cause it seems like there are a lot of girls out there that are quick to call another girl a skank or slut when most of the time it seems like they say that stuff because they are just (for lack of a better term) jealous that guys don't look at them the same way they look at said skank or slut.

I do agree that Yelena wasn't that attractive.

Nope, not gay (not that there is anything wrong with it...LOL). My only point is that there are many, many beautiful women out there vying for bit parts in movies just like this. Why in the heck did they pick HER? Of all the women they could've hired to play eye candy, she is hardly "beautiful" in a male 18-34 sense, IMO.

Also, I said "skanky" because casting went for a "cheap" look versus a hot, classy look. Guys 18-34 don't want to see the hero with a "chick" who looks like a well worn prostitute. They want the hero with a Bond girl. That's the point of my thread. They went with "Fredericks of Hollywood" gal instead of "Victoria's Secret" gal. Why?

I think the reason they didn't choose a "Bond girl" was cause this movie was suppose to be more or less an anti-Bond movie. The way I see it a guy like Xander would definitely be attracted to Victoria's Secret gal but he probably have more in common with the Fredericks of Hollywood gal.

I'm glad I wasn't the only that thought the castle girl wasn't nice looking. From a distance she looked like she could be a man. They could have got Lelia Arceli (the girl that was at the party in the beginning and got dissed by rapper Eve) to play that part. The girl that played Yelena I didn't really feel the chemistry between the two it would have been better if Michelle Rodriguez played that part or someone else.

i LUV Asia Argento, so im biased - she's beautiful.
However, the castle hooker/pole dancer looked like a typical stripper to me.......man-made tits, skinny arse, spray tan, fake nails.
