We didnt get a whole lot of information about this "group", and I have a lot of questions about it.

1) Who is in it? Just the four brothers or them plus all the random henchmen we saw?
2) How can they afford to have this guarded mansion and the funds for all this crazy stuff? Werent they just ex-Military guys from the Russian army? They didnt seem like high ranking officers, so where is all this money coming from?
3) How could they afford to have 20 henchmen hanging out in the communications room on the mountain, and each with their own snowmobile? That seems like a gigantic waste of resources. XXX coming down the mountain seems like the only possible scenario that would warrant having so much manpower there, but it didnt even help them.
4) Did they hire Rammstein for a private concert?
5) What is their end goal? Kill off everyone for no reason? They seemed super rich and content with spending all their time hanging out with hookers, so it wasnt clear why they would want to change that status quo.

I can answer some of this -- they made money selling drugs and fencing stuff (e.g. exotic cars) in central Europe. The group was them but also disaffected Russian military and scientists. They did hire the band. Their goal was to collapse governments and trigger a nuclear exchange. They wanted an anarchy-based world order.
