I really enjoyed this movie.

I don't know why no one else did. I loved it. The plot on paper was kind of absurd, but it was executed very well. The element of fear playing on you really got to me, and I think it was a very decent approach from everything. I don't know why no one else really liked it, but I did.

I agree I liked it as well and I dont think it should be getting the comments that have appeared on this board. Sure it could have been better but so could of the Da Vinci Code. It just doesnt happen all the time.

They like it so what? If you hate it then don't post here. they are just expressing their opinions or is that so wrong now all of a sudden? The movie wasn't great but i do not hate it.

reply

the movie sucked and u know it

i really liked this movie, certain bits scared the *beep* out of me...
frizzybear, i don't think you should call people stupid just because they don't have the same opinions as you do.

reply

Sure liked it, I didn't mind the obvious inconsistencies and I am neither a fan of torture but the atmosphere was disturbing and dark, rather realistic. Haven't had that experience in quite some time watching a movie. Even with all the Grudges and Rings etc passing by.

reply

If I liked this movie, I would ask someone to push me into traffic. This movie is horrible.

reply

It wasn't the greatest, but it killed a couple of boring hours on a sunday afternoon!

My friend and I found this movie hilarious.

Even Stephen Dorff said the movie was terrible and would have it removed from his resume if he could. That's saying something because that guy has been in some serious cack!

reply

actually everyone does have their own opinion so saying that someone who likes this movie should jump infront of a bus is just plain stupid. People can like whatever they like we dont have to be the same. Who would want to. I for one liked this movie sure it wasnt perfect but what movie is. A lot of so-called oscar movies are really lame in my opinion but hey who the *beep* cares. Later and keep thinking for youself. You are the only one that matters.

Rent the Ring, you'll enjoy it more, this was the worst bit of plagarism ever commited to celluloid, Stephen Rea, i'm ashamed!!!

reply

rottentomatoes.com is the worst movie review site i have ever seen they are abuncha retards chimps that wouldnt know a good movie if it bit thim in the butt

reply

obviously anyone who liked this movie hasnt seen any good horror movies. this movie was like one of those crappy PG-13 movies that has been made in the last 15 years, the only reason this movie is any different is because it had some pointless nudity.

reply

i thought it was a good movie too.
given too much of a low rating.. i guess ppl have very different tastes...

reply

im just wondering... If, you liked this movie How old are you guys?

reply

Come on the movie was not terrible. And by good horror movies do mean the "Exorcist"? That movie is supposed to be one the "greatest horror movies ever." i watched when I was 9 years old and I was more afraid of the "Are You Afraid of the Dark." Horror movies suck in general, this is one of the better ones in that genre.

This film really wasn't that bad. If you want to see a horrid film, watch The Room or Bug!
