My Austin Powers 4 Pitch: Dr. Evil Won
The next Austin Powers movie should be called Dr. Evil Won.
At the beginning, Dr. Evil announces that he is going to unleash a germ on the world that will force everyone to wear masks while they go about their daily activities if they don't want to get infected. Every country phones in and surrenders instantly. Dr. Evil is thrilled and then realizes that he doesn't know how to run the world or what exactly he should do as ruler of the planet.
Dana Carvey plays Many-Me, a succession of multiple clones based on Dr. Evil's DNA who Dr. Evil needs to run his new government. Carvey's clones start out in Dr. Evil makeup and with his voice but can then go through a process to create their own voices, makeup and personalities. They end up being imperfect creatures who are clumsy, bumbling and don't do a very good job helping to run things.
Famous international action stars, or parodies of them, will try to invade Dr. Evil's stronghold. Many will die. Austin Powers and his new female partner will spend the whole movie trying to infiltrate the wrong location that is really only a decoy. She is a trainee like a bad student driver, and Austin feels he's over-the-hill and has lost his mojo. Experience bears that out as together they both slip up, get locked out, make wrong turns, fall into traps and do a lot of bad spy work trying to make their way through.
Eventually, Dr. Evil's world government collapses from inside, due mostly to his own mistakes. The world is being run so poorly that he realizes he'd be better off letting everyone else run it again. At the same time, Austin Powers reaches the fake superweapon at the center of the decoy location, destroys it and thinks he is the one who is responsible for saving the world. At the end, Dr. Evil gives up his life of crime and opens up a sandwich shop, with Many-Me as his helpers. There he starts getting into arguments with customers about whether or not they can use a coupon and how many toppings they can have.
