I saw part of this movie and i just thought it was a horrible rip off of Private Benjamin. anyone else think so?

i do. i've seen private benjamine a thousand times as a kid.

Private Benjamin was funny, this was weak (and I like Hilary Duff's movies) but this one was weak!!!!!!!
