Hello people, Cadet Kelly is a Disney Channel movie!

I'm a 25 yr old math and computer teacher and I'm not ashame to say I saw Cadet Kelly. I think it was a good movie for Disney Channel standards with good positive messages for kids and youngsters about teamwork, family and friendship. The acting wasn't that good if you have a Hollywood or a Broadway standard. I mean, if you are expecting a Shaeskperean type of performance you will be waaay disapointed. The movie first is from Disney Channel, with Hilary Duff as the main character Cadet Kelly and was for television, not even for video or DVD. Saying that, of course it will be cheese and those rebels that say Hilary Duff suck as hell, I can see you are in that phase: "Hate-all-being-popular-so-I'm-cool" , I know because I went through that phase myself but I matured and you will mature too with time. As for Hilary Duff, she maybe not the best actress in the world but she is very pretty and simpatetic, although maybe too sweet and cheesy for my taste. If Hilary Duff can read this, you are doing good young lady, keep it up!!

Agreed! I'm a mom with a 'just turned 8 year old' daughter who adores Hilary Duff and this movie. We'd love to have it on video/dvd as a matter of fact.

I also have a 14 year old son who constantly pushes her into watching things that are too 'old' for her.

I'd rather go with syrupy and a good moral lesson than growing up too soon.

Hooray and three cheers for Disney and Hilary!

(ps. at 30-something I enjoyed the movie myself and even watched the end after my little one had to go to bed!)

I'm a 26 year old Female who is a Teacher Assitant at a Nursery school and I really liked this movie and I'm glad it's on DVD.I plan to buy it with The Pacifier at Best Buy hopefully tomorrow.

I also ordered The Even Stevens Movie from Best Buy.com.I liked both these movies as well as Wish apon a Star,Model Behavior, and Susie Q and I will not be ashamed to say it..

Just having my opinion.

I'm a 27-year-old Editor and I love this movie because it's fun and simple-without-being-too-simple... if you get that! It has good morals, fun, friendship, bravery, and is just a good-clean-fun kind of movie which leaves me feeling good'n'happy inside. It has a few nice, interesting twists, and the characters are well-developed and easy to understand/like. Two big thumbs up from me!! :-D
