I think it would be successful on DVD, especially in America. It's not the best film ever made, but the market for Hilary Duff DVDs is big right now. Although it seems 40% of the American public like her, 40% hate her and 10% are neutral or have not heard of her.

Would Luv 2 c Cadet Kelly on DVD. In UK tho so would prefer region 2 (PAL) But have a multi region dvd player so region 1 is o.k. Signed petition no61.

It's already out on DVD, It's been on DVD for a while. So while this is an OLD post, anyone reading it now, just look for it around the net....http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=3753645 You can get it here for under $16 US<------
