Ok, in the movie, this exchange is made:

Detective James Carter: [to Lee on the plane to Paris, France] Did you know that the average French woman is naked 34 percent of the time?
Chief Inspector Lee: We're not going there to meet women.

I've never had much experience with the French, so I need to ask this. Is this actually true? I mean, it may have been a joke and not accurate, but I need to know absolutely before I can determine whether it is or it isn't. I don't know any french people who have immigrated here in the USA, so I need to have this verified. I mean, it either is or isn't, as far as I know.

Hah I doubt it.
Why would they?
I think it's just some american misconception and prejudice that european women supposedly are more slutty than american.

The few that I have met sleep in the nude which would account for about 25 percent of the time. 34% doesn't seem that much of a stretch from that.

I'm not French, but I am naked for about 25-40% of my life. When I'm home, why is there need to wear clothes? Sleeping nude definitely has its perks as does not having to put on clothes after a nice hot shower.

Don't think me perverted or a nudist, but being in the buff is more comfy than walking around with sweats.

Sleeping 8 hours a day, plus a 10 minutes shower, and that is 34% of the time.
