shareYeah it always did bug me that the series never addressed, in full, Carter's inner conflicts. The villains, more or less, always had some past history with Lee.
But Carter already felt redeemed for what happened, hence his speech to Lee on the plane in the first movie. In some ways there's not much else to tamper with.
