What the plot of 'RH 3' SHOULD have been about

"RH 2" was about cracking the long unsolved case of Lee's dad. This one should've been Carter's turn to square his father's death. In "RH", Carter told Lee that his dad was killed by someone during a "traffic stop." My take on that plot is that Carter's dad was killed because he stumbled onto something big by a local powerful drug lord (I would've picked Wesley Snipes to play him)during that traffic stop. This would've given lots of brand-new funny material for Lee's character as he has to blend in into the black culture. At the same time, we would've learned more about Carter's character as he solves the case. This would've been a much better movie like this. Imagine a Wesley Snipes/Jackie Chan finale fight.
