Why did Chris Rock and Jet Li agree to do this movie?

The first two were critically-panned as the worst movies ever made (and the critics are very objective in their opinions), and Jet Li said he would stop doing movies after Fearless, so why was he in this movie?

Also, Chris Rock isn't a funny comedian, so there should be no reason to have him here. Why couldn't they get funny actors like Katt Williams for this movie? At least it would sell more and wouldn't be a crap-fest.

In conclusion, this movie should have more nudity.

Get your actors straight. They're Chris Tucker, not Rock, and Jackie Chan, not Jet Li.

No it doesn't. I do NOT want to see either Jackie Chan or Chris Tucker naked. Or Jet Li and Chris Rock for that matter.

I know you're joking, but some genius whose dad runs a movie studio is probably reading your thread, and will dream of remaking Rush Hour ten years from now when he gets a job in the movie business through daddy's influence, preferably with Chris Rock AND Jet Li in it. Uh, Chris Rock and Jet Li already did a movie called Lethal Weapon 4, 11 years ago. Maybe you've heard of it. Or did smokin all that crack blur your memories of Rush Hour 3 and Lethal Weapon 4 together?
